  • Mass start at 8:30am from Jones Park at the corner of Janesville Ave and Park St/6th St on Fort Atkinson’s south side.  Look for lots of bikers and the Lions Club and Tour de Fort sign
  • Choose still another truly “beautiful”, good lookin’ T-shirt, long sleeve or short sleeve separate from the regular fee
  • Breakfast treats before you start the ride
  • Rest stops with refreshments, and lots of good biking food
  • Great support - sag wagons courtesy of the Quiet Hut.  Course communications courtesy of Tri-County Amateur Radio Club. Rest stops hosted by Blackhawk Chapter 409, Vietnam Veterans of America
  • Detailed maps and very well-marked routes. You’d have to try really hard to make a wrong turn.
  • One ticket to the Lions Club Chicken and Corn Feed.  Boy, will all the corn you can eat taste good after you’ve been biking!

REGISTRATION FEE

$20 each person before July 21st.  After July 21st, all registrants will pay $25 up to and including the time of the ride.  Children 12 and under are eligible for a $5 discount if they are registered along with their parent(s). Proceeds from the ride are used to promote biking and biking safety in this community and the surrounding areas and to raise funds for bike trail acquisitions and countywide route promotion. So fill out an application now!  Please note!  HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!  No refunds, ride will be held rain or shine, come “heck” or high water.
We will again be having a raffle for a Trek bicycle and other prizes this year!  Chances purchased for the raffle are not part of your registration fee.  They can be purchased the day of the ride. Details will be posted the day of the ride.

DIRECTIONS

Fort Atkinson is located 13 miles south of I-94 half way between Madison and Milwaukee.  As you approach the city from any direction, follow the “Fireside Dinner Theater” signs. Jones Park is about 1/2 mile north of the Fireside on Janesville Avenue (HY 26) on the south west side of the city.
