The Jefferson County Bicycle Club is a non-profit organization that plays a major role in initiating and implementing bicycle advocacy projects throughout Jefferson County Wisconsin, coordinates weekly bicycle rides and weekend “get away rides” for all abilities and organizes the annual Tour de Fort bicycle rally.

Come join us on Sunday, August 15, 2010 to ride in the longest running bicycle tour in Jefferson County. The annual Tour de Fort Bicycle tour, sponsored by the Jefferson County Bicycle Club, offers multiple ride distances, a free chicken dinner after the event, well marked routes on low traveled roads, fantastic rest-stops and SAG support.

Glacial Heritage Area Resolution Passes

It was a long evening Tuesday night in the Jefferson County Court House, Room 205, but the sacrifice of time by 15+ Trek Bicycle employees, 10+ Jefferson County Bicycle Club members and many other community leaders helped to convice the Jefferson County Board to support the resolution for the establishment of the Glacial Heritage Area (GHA). This truly was an historic evening.
